Try a three card love tarot spread with a clear relationship layout, an original reflection exercise and limits on what the cards can tell you.

A three card love tarot spread gives three positions a defined purpose before you interpret the cards. One relationship layout explores your role, your view of the other person’s role and the connection between you. Use it as symbolic reflection, not proof of private thoughts or a prediction of commitment.

An attributed relationship layout

In Tina Gong’s three-card relationship layout for Labyrinthos, the left position represents your role, the right the partner’s role, and the centre the relationship dynamic. This is one published approach, not a universal rule for three-card readings.

Read the partner position as a prompt about your perception. A card cannot verify what the other person believes or intends.

An original alternative about your choices

For a different exercise, assign positions before drawing: first, “What am I bringing to this connection?”; second, “What assumption could I examine?”; third, “What choice is mine to consider?”

These prompts are an original reflective alternative. They do not claim to forecast an outcome. Choose one clear question rather than changing the positions after seeing the cards to obtain a preferred answer.

Make it about your love life.

A worked reflection example

Imagine that you associate the first drawn image with wanting time alone. Your note could be: “I want one evening for myself.” For the second position, you might record: “I am assuming my partner will dislike that request, but I have not asked.” For the third, you might write: “I can choose how to explain the evening I want.”

This is an original demonstration of using the positions, not a set of assigned meanings for particular cards. You may see something different in your images. Finish with a sentence that stands independently of the spread, such as “I want to discuss our plans for Thursday.”

Keep the positions stable

Write the question and positions beside your notes. If a card is difficult to interpret, describe the image first and record the uncertainty. You do not have to keep drawing until the reading sounds reassuring. For a separate reference, read our Three of Cups love-meaning guide.

If you prefer a personal email interpretation

An Email Love Reading uses three cards per selected preset question, with one person linked to each question. Lilia or Regina interprets the cards using Koko’s method. The reading comes as a PDF available in My Readings. One question costs $15; standard delivery is 48 hours, or two-hour Express adds $10.

These self-reading examples do not promise the paid reading will use the same positions. Compare the reading formats before choosing. All readings are for entertainment and reflection, with no guaranteed outcomes.
