What is free to use?

Your account, relationship tracking and journaling stay free. Readings and courses are separate optional purchases, not a paid account tier. Audio Love Reading is the optional $59/month subscription; extra questions and video add-ons do not renew.

Can I add another update during the week?

Yes. Open the person and choose Add more. Your earlier writing stays saved. When feedback is available, it refreshes with the relationship score for that same week.

Can I archive and restore a person?

Yes. In Edit Person, choose Move to Archive. Switch to Archived in My People or My Love Practice to find them, then choose Restore to Active. Their journal entries and readings stay saved.

How often are relationship reminders sent?

Weekly is the default when you choose reminders. Daily is available only if you select it. You can change the cadence or turn reminders off in Reminder settings. Daily love notes are a separate opt-in.

Why is a relationship score unavailable?

A score appears only after feedback is successfully generated for that saved writing. Your words stay saved if scoring is unavailable. Add more refreshes the same week; earlier weeks remain in your history.

Can I delete a person with a pending reading?

You can archive them, but deletion is blocked until every pending reading is delivered or canceled. Completed readings stay in My Readings.

Can I explore tarot before signing in?

Yes. Choose a format and fill in your draft first. Sign in when you continue to save and order it. Saved people are visible only to your signed-in account, and journal text is never attached automatically.

Where can I see my progress?

Choose View All Weeks or open My Progress to see relationships tracked, saved weeks and scores over time. Open an entry to read its feedback.

Can I print my journal?

Yes. Every saved entry about a person appears in My Journal. Select All entries or a date range, then choose Print / Save PDF.

Are My People and My Love Practice connected?

Yes. Add a person in either place and their details appear in both. You can select the same person for a tarot reading.

Who provides the tarot readings?

Email readings are done by Lilia or Regina, the site’s trained team, who follow Koko’s format. Koko personally records monthly audio and Signature Video readings.

Which tarot reading format should I choose?

Choose email for a written response to a preset question, monthly audio for Koko’s eight-minute recording on a fixed focus, or Signature Video for a personal recording about your own question.

How much do tarot readings cost?

Email starts at $15 per question. Monthly audio is $59 per month; an extra preset question costs $15 for one edition. Signature Video starts at $99. Review your total before payment.

Where will I find my completed reading?

Open My Readings to return to your completed reading and its available downloads. Your relationship entries remain in My Journal. Choose Back to My Love Practice to return to your home.

Can a tarot reading guarantee an outcome?

No. Tarot offers a perspective for reflection, not verified access to another person’s thoughts or a guaranteed future.
